We retain your account data for seven years to comply with regional financial record-keeping standards. Payment history and identity verification documents are encrypted and stored separately. After seven years, we delete all personal information unless local law requires longer retention.

Withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and any active bonus terms. Standard verified accounts can withdraw up to 50 million Rupiah per day. Bonus play-through requirements must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. Check your account dashboard for your current limits.

You can request account closure anytime through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. We process closures within 48 hours. Any remaining balance is returned to your original payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you would need to create a new account.

If your connection drops during a live table session, your bets remain active for 60 seconds while we attempt to reconnect you. If reconnection fails, your session ends and any pending bets are settled according to table rules. Check your account history for the final outcome.

DANA and OVO deposits are fee-free; withdrawals charge 1.5% (minimum 2,500 Rupiah). GoPay deposits are fee-free; withdrawals charge 2% (minimum 5,000 Rupiah). QRIS deposits and withdrawals are fee-free. All fees are deducted from your withdrawal amount and shown before you confirm.

Yes. You can update your email and phone number in account settings anytime. If you change your email, we send a verification link to the new address. Phone number changes take effect immediately. Identity details (name, date of birth) cannot be changed after initial verification.
